Spencer Badesch is a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles within the firm’s global Financial Services Practice, where he specializes in executive search and building leadership teams. He also co-leads the firm’s global employee resource group for physical and intellectual disabilities and their allies. Spencer joined the National Safety Council (NASC) Advisory Board in 2026. His commitment to the council's mission is deeply personal. As a lifelong advocate for his older brother, who is on the autism spectrum, Spencer is passionate about building safe, inclusive environments where individuals of all abilities can thrive. Spencer grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida, and holds a degree in Urban Studies from Columbia University. He currently lives in New York City.
